Our Mission
At Anatomy Pilates, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their health and wellness goals through reformer pilates. We have private sessions available with our qualified physiotherapist who is passionate about helping you achieve the best version of yourself through pilates.
Our private sessions are ideal for people with chronic or acute pain, injuries, post-partum or during pregnancy or beginners to pilates looking for one on one guidance and support.
Our mission is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment where our clients can feel confident and empowered in their practice. Anatomy pilates is a ladies only studio where women can strengthen and unwind through movement.
